An 80th birthday cake for Devin's gramsie. This was the first really big cake we did. We haven't done another that big since. It was about 300 servings! This had a beer-spice cake with peanut butter frosting, and a white cake with lemon curd.
Voyage of the Dawn Treader cake for my niece Chloe. The ship is made of fondant and modeling chocolate. Mexican chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.
X Box cake for a friends birthday. We are really proud of this cake. The controllers are rice crispie treats. Freaking awesome!
Chocolate, chocolate cake and frosting.
This penny cake was for a little Lincoln's 1st birthday. It is a fondant cut out that I carved the face into. Our yellow cake with almond frosting
A Bart Simpson cake for a cousins surprise birthday party. Red velvet with vanilla buttercream.
My mommy's wedding cake. My sister did the banner. This was a chocolate orange cake with an orange marmalade filling. Pretty much heavenly!!
The first attempt at a topsy turvey cake. It was for a party for our son. The angle is a little intense, but I think it turned out pretty alright. Yellow cake with an almond buttercream.
The second attempt was much more successful. This is a coconut cake with coconut buttercream and coconut on the outside. Yeah, it didn't suck.
I am really proud of this cake. It was for a baby shower for one of Devin's co-workers. It was adorable! Pound cake with a raspberry buttercream.
That is what I have for the moment. As you can see, we love challenges and we make some really fun cakes! Don't hesitate to let us make your next cake!
